In the Nabire area they had already done some school buildings. Hopefully there will be done more than large pieces of memorizing the Quran, as in Java in many of these village schools was done / is. It was in the seventies a decree that all schools also "useful" subjects were taught, so just reading, writing, arithmetic, geography. Between a decreet and implementing it, is however often a big gap.
