Bracelet of Cone Shell

Description (brief)
There are different stages in the manufacturing of a bracelet from a cone shell. The shell is sawn into pieces and the bottom removed. The lower segment of the shell is polished into a bracelet and decorated with incised circles and dots. The bottom of the shell is polished into a disk which is used in the manufacturing of neck ornaments and headbands.
Size: complete shell: 13 cm (height) and 8 cm (diameter, widest part), unfinished bracelet: 5 cm (height), 8 cm (diameter), bracelet: 3,5 – 4 cm (height), 7,5 cm (diameter).
